I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in The Nymphalidae Systematics Group (NSG), at the Laboratory of Genetics, Department of Biology, University of Turku, working with Niklas Wahlberg.

I am working on the diversification of species in Lepidoptera.

I am a Subject Editor of the taxonomical journal Zookeys (dealing with manuscripts on butterflies) and also an Associate Editor for the Revista peruana de Biología.

I am also the web application developer in our group. I use MySQL, add some PHP and spice it up with a little bit of AJAX to make our Voucher database.
Our database, VoSeq, is open source and you can download it for free. See more info.

Here is my github profile.

Masterbranch profile.

My citations in Google Scholar.
